Vancouver Real Estate Market has seen another month of growth after the downward actions during the first six months of the year.
Overal in Metro Vancouver Sales in December 2019 for detached homes compared for the same time last year have increased by 71.9% which is a sign of price increase in the following months at the same time condo sales have also increase by 96.3% in December 2019 compared to Dec 2018 and we can see the same upward growth for townhouses where sales have increased by 75.4% compared to Dec 2018.
Detached home sales have increased by 36.6% in December 2019 compared to December 2018.
Condo sales have increased by 111.4% in December 2019 compared to December 2018.
Townhomes sales have increased by 5% in December 2019 compared to December 2018.
Detached home sales have increased by 100% in December 2019 compared to December 2018.
Condo sales have increased by 10% in December 2019 compared to December 2018.
Townhomes sales have increased by 150% in December 2019 compared to December 2018.
